Stone Fence Cider Cocktail Competition 2018 Recipes

Another year of our Stone Fence Cider Cocktail Competition, and another amazing year of creative cider cocktails featuring Virtue Cider. Here's a look at each recipe showcased at this year's competition, which took place on Sunday, Jan. 14 at The Violet Hour. This year we raised $3000 in contributions and goods to benefit Cornerstone Community Outreach.

  • .5  oz. Virtue Cider Lapinette Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Bitter Truth Old Time Aromatic bitters
  • Part 2 (the ‘feminine’):
  • 1 oz Cognac Park Pineau Des Charentes
  • 2/3 oz lemon juice
  • 1/3 oz honey syrup 2:1
  • 3 drops Bittered sling Zingeber crabapple bitters
  • Part 3 (the ‘baby’):
  • After consuming 1/2 of each, combine the two for a third cocktail
