CRUX - an underground, nomadic culinary collective comprised of over thirty chefs, restaurateurs and bartenders - hits the road for four-night, four-city tour hosted by SAUCED. Guests will be welcomed into the fold during a series of pop-up dinners in Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus and Detroit between September 11 and 18, 2016.
Brandon Baltzley, author of Nine Lives: A Chef's Journey From Chaos to Control and chef of The Buffalo Jump in Falmouth, MA, along with his wife and co-chef, Laura Higgins-Baltzley, bring their passion for native ingredients and cooking techniques to the Rust Belt. Like-minded chefs, restaurant owners, brewers, bartenders and distillers join them at each stop to offer a true collaborative experience that showcases each city's talent and taste.
